Jo Bailey-Green brings over 25 years of invaluable experience in the administration and office management environment to Gold Coast Commercial Real Estate. With the last 12 years dedicated to the corporate commercial property real estate industry and over a decade in the legal field, Jo's knowledge and expertise are both deep and diverse.

Throughout her career, Jo has served as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant (PA) to several commercial property Directors in Charge. Her multifaceted experience, particularly in the real estate sector, has played a pivotal role in her journey.

Jo joined Gold Coast Commercial Real Estate a year ago and partnered with Steve and Keith. She has been instrumental in building the property management rent roll. Her unwavering focus is on developing and maintaining a successful property management portfolio.

In July 2023, Jo, in collaboration with co-owner Steve O'Connell, took ownership of Gold Coast Commercial Real Estate. She now holds the position of Principal and Licensee, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. Jo works seamlessly with Steve and Keith to provide exceptional client customer service throughout the sale, lease, or management process.
